We meet each Thursday night and the last Saturday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at Ziggies Lounge at the Quality Inn & Suites in Santee, S.C.

The Membership Appreciation Party will be held at the Santee Conference Center, 1737 Bass Drive, Santee, SC 29142

Please Note: The only food anyone can take in convention center is like nuts and chips and dip. No cooked food or appetizers like wings or sandwich .

I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Pease be safe during the season and if your need a place to party New Years Jim Bowers is having a party at the Holiday Inn Express in MT. Pleasant New Years Eve. Park and party, and take the elevator home after partying.
I hope everyone had a blessed 2011 and is looking forward to the New Year. The OASC will be moving to a new location and a new night in Jan. Please try to support the club for it is for fun and fellowship. I will do my best to play the music you want to dance to and bring in DJ’s the club enjoys. Thanks to LT’s for their support over the past years and the great times the club has had.
There are many shag club events coming up in the next few months. We have Mid-Winter at OD, OASC ReUp Party, Winter Workshop in Hilton Head end of Feb., DJ Throwdown first weekend in March at OD, Spring SOS at OD in April. Shaggin On The Santee will be the last weekend in July. We will need lots of help with this party for it will be hard to top what Tony and Vicky did last year.
Thanks for your support this past year, and I hope you enjoyed the music as much as I enjoyed playing it. I am looking forward to playing music in 2012 for all to dance to and have a good time. If you are in the Sumter area on Tues. night, please stop by Legacies for Sumter Shag Club shag night. Summerville and Charleston Shag Clubs would love to have you stop in if you are in the area. Please support the State Dance.
